Alkaline resistant sealer for fresh ridge capping mortar repairs and as a surface filler for weathered cement tiles.
Cap Sealer is a low VOC water-based, 100% acrylic sealer, binder and high build elastic base coat membrane with excellent substrate fill and resistance to alkali burn from new cement mortar repairs. The product is used as a specialty sealer by the roof restoration industry for application to fresh green ridge capping mortar repairs that are carried out during the restoration process of a cement tiled roof.
